1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the STRYCT platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. No Financial Advice

STRYCT IS NOT A BROKER-DEALER, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, OR INVESTMENT COMPANY.

The tools, analytics, AI coaching, and insights provided by STRYCT are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All trading involves high risk, and you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms such as MetaAPI for broker connectivity. By linking your brokerage or prop firm accounts, you authorize STRYCT to securely retrieve and analyze your read-only trading data. We are not responsible for the uptime, accuracy, or service interruptions of these third-party providers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (India)

  • Billing: STRYCT is a SaaS platform. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Razorpay to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes (including GST for users in India) will be calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: As a digital service providing immediate access to software and AI features, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of technical failures on our end that prevent access to the service for more than 48 hours, subject to investigation.

5. AI Analysis and Data Usage

STRYCT uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (including models from Anthropic) to analyze your trading rules, journals, and performance. By using these features, you consent to your anonymized trading data being processed by our AI partners strictly for the purpose of generating your personalized insights. We do not sell your data.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code, data, or AI logic from the platform. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
