1. Information We Collect
When you use STRYCT, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Data: Email address, name, and profile information provided during registration.
- Trading Data: When you connect a broker account via MetaAPI, we sync read-only trading history, open positions, balance, and account metrics.
- Journal Data: Text entries, psychology logs, mood ratings, and custom trading rules you input into the platform.
- Payment Data: Handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full credit card number or UPI pin.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to provide and improve the STRYCT service:
- Performance Analytics: To calculate win rates, profit factors, and generate your dashboard metrics.
- AI Rule Analysis: Your trading history and journal entries are analyzed by our AI (Anthropic models) to identify emotional triggers and rule violations.
- Notifications: To send you system emails (via Resend) regarding challenge milestones, billing, and system alerts.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party sub-processors required to operate the service:
- MetaAPI: Used to securely connect to your MetaTrader 4/5 accounts.
- Convex: Our primary secure backend database provider.
- Razorpay: Our payment gateway provider for processing subscriptions in India.
- Resend: Used to deliver transactional and notification emails.
- Anthropic (Claude): Used for AI rule analysis. Data sent to Anthropic is not used to train their foundational models.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your MetaTrader passwords (if stored) are encrypted before being sent to MetaAPI. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & DPDP Act Compliance)
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated trading data directly from the Settings page in your STRYCT dashboard. If you need a full data export, you may request one by contacting support.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and securely process payments. We also use functional cookies to remember your theme preferences. You can manage your cookie preferences through the banner on our website or your browser settings.
