Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Merchant of Record

STRYCT ("we", "us", or "our") provides a SaaS trading analytics, journaling, and prop firm risk management platform. All online orders, subscriptions, and financial transactions are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC).

Lemon Squeezy manages billing, checkout security, tax compliance (including VAT/sales tax where applicable), and customer payment resolution on our behalf. By subscribing to any STRYCT plan, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation & Access Retainment

We believe in complete freedom and transparency with zero hidden traps. You can cancel your STRYCT subscription at any time with immediate effect on recurring billing:

• Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel directly from your in-app account by navigating to Settings → Billing & Subscription and clicking "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Plan".
• Support Assisted Cancellation: You can also request cancellation by emailing us at billing@stryct.in or support@stryct.in with your registered account email.
• End-of-Period Access: When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to all premium features, account syncing, and analytics through the remainder of your currently paid billing period.
• No Surprise Renewals: Once cancelled, your card or payment method will never be charged again unless you voluntarily choose to reactivate your plan. After your billing period expires, your account will smoothly transition to the Free tier, preserving all your historical trade logs and notes.

3. Refund Eligibility by Plan Interval

Because STRYCT delivers immediate cloud compute resources, real-time broker synchronization via MetaAPI, and high-tier AI inference models upon activation, our refund terms differ between billing frequencies:

Free Trials: If your registration included an initial promotional trial period, you may cancel at any point prior to the trial expiration timestamp through your billing dashboard without incurring any charge.

If your request falls within the 7-day eligibility window for an annual purchase, please email our billing department at billing@stryct.in or support@stryct.in with the following details:

1. Your registered STRYCT account email address.
2. Your Lemon Squeezy Order Number or Receipt Invoice ID (e.g., "LS-12345").
3. A brief explanation of why the product was not the right fit for your trading setup (we value your honest feedback).

Processing Timeline: Refund requests are reviewed and initiated within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, the funds are automatically refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal) via Lemon Squeezy within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at billing@stryct.in prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or bank. Unwarranted chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in immediate suspension of your STRYCT account and disqualification from future use of the platform.
